早禱/Morning Praying

我的天父啊！我藉著耶穌基督，袮的愛子，感謝袮。因袮昨晚保護我沒有遇見災害危險。還祈求袮今日仍然保護我，不陷在罪與任何兇惡裏；使我一切行為與生活，都蒙袮的喜悅。因我將我自己，我的身體、靈魂和一切，都交托在袮手裏。願袮的聖天使與我同在，使那惡敵沒有權力轄製我。阿們！

“I give thanks to you, my heavenly Father through Jesus Christ your dear son, that you have protected me this night from all harm and danger, and I ask you that you would also protect me today from sin and all evil, so that my life and actions may please you completely. For into your hands I commend myself: my body, my soul, and all that is mine. Let your holy angel be with me, so that the wicked foe may have no power over me. Amen.”

晚禱/Evening Prayer
